Loon Fung offers you a Loon Fung Reward Card to maximize your benefits during your shopping with us. This reward scheme will help us to provide the most complete services to you.

Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the privacy policy, are applicable across the entire Loon Fung Reward scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance of the Terms and conditions.
2. Loon Fung Ltd. may at anytime insert additional terms & conditions, for example extra points during seasonal periods or selected periods. All members participating will be considered to have accepted the additional terms & conditions.
3. Loon Fung Reward Card and points are issued by and remain the property of Loon Fung Ltd. which may, at any time, terminate the scheme, alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.
4. All members of the scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
5. Members are only entitled to one active reward card and account each. Loon Fung reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
6. The Loon Fung Reward card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied, bought or sold, and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card. New reward card holders who have not completed the registration process will not be able to spend points accumulated.
7. Loon Fung have the right to decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Loon Fung Reward card accounts and cards any time where there is reasonable belief of: a) abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; b) breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme; c) any behaviour relating to Loon Fung Reward Card or Loon Fung stores that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information
8. Loon Fung Reward Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
9. To complete the registration, complete your details online at www.loonfung.com, or obtain and complete a registration form at any Loon Fung store.
10. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme they forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued.
11. Members who do not use their card at Loon Fung for more than 12 months will have their reward card and account closed and all remaining points will become invalid. A new membership card will need to be reapplied for should they wish to rejoin.
12. Points are redeemable in-store only. To prevent fraudulent use of cards and to protect the rightful owner’s account, customers will be asked to present their Loon Fung Reward Card and personal ID to redeem points.
13. Loon Fung reserve the right to exclude certain products from the scheme.
14. Reward Points awarded at the time of the transaction already issued may be removed or cancelled if Loon Fung determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error.
15. Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
16. Reward Points will be deducted if a product is refunded.
17. The terms and conditions in store may reflect the most recent changes. Please always refer in store for most up to date terms and conditions.
18. Members consent to Loon Fung Ltd. holding electronically the information supplied for the purposes of this Application and using such information in order to process this Application.
